Landscape Design

Royal Oak Landscape has a landscape designer on staff, who has years of experience helping customers decide what and where to plant. After meeting with you, our designer will help to make your landscaping dream a reality by creating a special design according to your needs and characteristics of the site. Generally, we take a photo of a client's home using a digital camera, then using this photo we can generate a computer enhanced design. Most customers find this appealing as it can show you what your home will look like once the planting is installed. We can also provide you with images of what the plants will look like during the four seasons of the year. Or if you prefer, our designer can also do an informal sketch or formal blueprint. Plant Installation

Royal Oak Landscape strives to use only top quality plant materials. We use plants that are proven to grow well in a specified area. Our knowledgeable staff always ensures that each plant is installed properly. Newly installed plants should be watered a minimum of four times per week so that the plant root system gets adequate watering.

Paver Walkways & Patios

Paver walkways and patios can add beauty to your landscape investment. There are different types, styles and colors of pavers that can be used. There are also a few different patterns that can be used when installing the pavers to create your walkway, patio area or even a driveway. Each walkway and patio is built on a compacted stone base. Upon completion of the walkway or patio, we install paver edging on the outside of the pavers to help hold them in place.

Stone Walls

A stone wall can also add beauty to your landscape, such as, around a pool area or in your front yard. But it can also help with drainage or erosion problems. There are various types of stone and styles that can be used to build these walls. The color of the stones comes in a choice of earthy, rich tones.

Water features are today’s hottest trend in landscaping. There is no more lovely and tranquil setting in all of nature than that provided by a pond or water garden. We can create a bit of paradise right in your own back yard by transforming a high maintenance lawn area into a beautiful, low maintenance water feature. Landscape Lighting

The lighting systems we install are easy to use and made to perform. Our systems are only 12 volt low level, meaning the cost of operation is lower and are more energy efficient than conventional systems. These lighting systems can be installed with minimal disturbance to your existing landscape.

There are a variety of landscape lighting fixtures to choose from and we use only top quality products that are durable and made to last. Taking your needs into consideration, we use light intensity, beam spread and placement and style of the lighting fixtures to create a specific nighttime look for your home. Stone Steps

Royal Oak Landscape installs steps made out of either natural stone such as granite or man-made material such as pre-formed concrete stairs or even pavers. When a slope becomes too great for normal pedestrian traffic, steps are the best solution. Or if you are looking to add a finishing touch to your landscape, we can create stone stairs or stone veneer your existing concrete steps.
